About Me
My life began in 2015. As I walked down a forest green pathway, I felt at home in a place I had just arrived. As a digital nomad, I don’t think I’ve called anything home since then.
I was in paradise, quite literally; Paradise Island in The Bahamas. More specifically, I was at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram. I would spend the next three years in service, completing my yoga teacher training and studying with some of the most prominent thought leaders in the spiritual world.
It was invigorating, thought-provoking, and mind-altering. I was hooked. I found people who spoke my language. I felt understood. I was home.
I had to leave.
We all have to leave home at some point.
And so, I entered “the real world”, filled with money, deadlines, and feature releases. I was using my craft, my writing, to sell products so that customers could spend their money, and shareholders could steal my time.
It was draining, stupid, and mindless. I felt sick. No one spoke my language. I was misunderstood. I was in prison.
I had to leave.
We can all leave our prison at some point.
And so, I entered the real world, empty-handed, but filled with freedom and happiness. I am now using my craft, my intuition, to offer guidance to seekers of joy, truth, and acceptance.
Since leaving the corporate prison, I’ve continued my studies in Vedic Counselling, Ayurveda, and Human Design. I want to share what I learned with you.
I’ve also started teaching English online. It’s incredible to share the gift of communication with others.
And now we come to the final pitch. The CTA. The Call To Action. I’m meant to entice you to book a session with me. That’s the point of this whole spiel, isn't it?
Instead, I’m going to leave you with a thought. A short quote that I had on my phone wallpaper for over a year before I took action:
One Day or Day One?

My Teachers
